About the Organization:

She’s Not Done™ is a nonprofit sisterhood and mentorship hub for teen girls who are ready to rise above their current circumstances and step boldly into the woman they were created to become. We provide a safe space for guidance, support, and personal growth—with a special emphasis on young mothers navigating motherhood while still figuring out life. Whether she’s a teen mom or just a teen girl feeling lost, unsupported, or unsure of her next step—we are here to be the community, the resource, and the reminder that She’s Not Done.

Our Mission:

To empower, mentor, and uplift teen girls—especially teen mothers—by providing the tools, education, and real-life guidance they need to build confidence, create opportunities, and take ownership of their future.

Our Vision:

We envision a generation of young women who feel supported, seen, and strong—no matter where they start. Every girl deserves a role model, a safe space, and a second chance.

What We Provide:

We mentor all teen girls, offering guidance and resources with a deep understanding that many are navigating life without a strong support system or positive female influence. • Teen Mom Empowerment Programs – Helping young mothers step into confident womanhood and strong parenting • Mentorship for Teen Girls – One-on-one and group mentorship for girls needing direction, life skills, and sisterhood • Career Development & Financial Literacy – Resume building, entrepreneurship support, job skills, budgeting, and credit education • Mental Health Support – Referrals to counseling, self-esteem workshops, safe space circles • Community Resources & Emergency Assistance • College, GED, and Continuing Education Support • Leadership Training & Confidence Coaching • Monthly Sister Circles & Empowerment Events

Why It Matters:

Many teen girls are forced to grow up fast, figure it out alone, or move through life without a safe space to process what they’re going through. She’s Not Done™ was created to be the answer to that silence. We are the village, the voice, and the vision. We show up for teen girls who feel unseen—and especially for teen moms who are learning to show up for both themselves and their children.

Founder’s Note:

This is personal for me. I created She’s Not Done™ to be the safe space I wish existed when I needed someone to say, ‘You got this, and I got you.’ Whether you’re navigating motherhood or just trying to find your way as a young woman—I want every teen girl to know: Your story is still being written. And sis… you’re not done yet.
