Who Are We?

She’s Not Done™ is more than a program — it is a sisterhood, a safe space, and a support system for teen girls who are learning to navigate life, identity, motherhood, responsibility, and personal growth. We were created to remind every young woman that no matter her past, current circumstances, or struggles, her story is still being written.

Our organization is dedicated to empowering teen girls and young mothers through mentorship, guidance, education, leadership development, and community support. We understand that many young women are carrying burdens in silence — trying to grow up too fast, parent without support, heal from difficult experiences, or figure out life without positive role models. She’s Not Done™ exists to stand in that gap.

We provide a welcoming environment where girls can feel seen, heard, valued, and encouraged while gaining access to real-life tools that help them build confidence and create a brighter future.

At She’s Not Done™, we believe every girl deserves:

• A safe space

• Genuine support

• Positive mentorship

• Access to opportunities

• A community that believes in her

Through mentorship programs, empowerment events, financial literacy education, leadership development, emotional wellness support, and sisterhood circles, we aim to help young women discover their strength, rebuild their confidence, and step boldly into the woman they were created to become.

We especially advocate for teen mothers who are balancing motherhood while still trying to find themselves. Our mission is to remind them that becoming a mother does not end their dreams, their purpose, or their future.

We are the village.
We are the support system.

We are the reminder that — She’s Not Done™.
